St Martins School has been part of the Priory School Trust since September 2016.

Although the schools are in different areas, they have the same core values and believe that every child is an individual, respected for their differences and celebrated for their strengths.

Tim Jones continues: “As Shropshire’s first all through school St Martins is unique, and as we move forward as part of the Priory School Trust we will continue to build on our successes.”

Michael Barratt, Principal of The Priory School, says: “This is a most interesting and exciting opportunity for close collaboration between the two schools. We look forward to sharing best practice, which will be to the benefit of both schools.”

Head of School, Sue Lovecy, said: “We are very excited about joining The Priory School Trust. This will secure the best educational opportunities for the children of St Martins School, where we seek to provide the best education for our students, and this partnership will provide interesting and exciting opportunities for both Schools.”

In 2020 the trust includes Coleham Primary School, The Priory School, and Thomas Adams, with others schools looking to join.

It was renamed as 'The 3-18 Education Trust' to reflect the age range.
